北京 Beijing job: Project Manager

We are currently searching for a project manager that can manage a small team of programmers and designers for medium sized web projects. You will also be responsible for the communication with the customer, the project schedule and documentation.
As a candidate you should have proven experience in managing web projects and have considerable technical knowledge in order to make assessments on team performance, customer requests and project schedules. In addition to these skills, you are also able to take responsibility for these projects by making decisions based on your own judgment and experience. Good people-skills are also important in order to lead and motivate the team.

Our project manager:
• Has experience with managing web projects;
• Is able to work in a team;
• Can guide his team members;
• Is able to turn idea’s into specification documents and project schedules;
• Is able to clearly communicate with local and international customers;
• Possesses considerable technical knowledge and vision on graphic design.

Requirements and Qualifications
We expect the candidate to have proven experience in project management in web related development projects. Being highly motivated and a quick learner is also very important.
• Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin is a requirement;
• A minimum of 4 years’ project management related experience;
• Have experience in leading a team;
• Have experience in writing project documentation;
• Have experience in creating and managing realistic project schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with the Drupal open-source CMS Systems is a plus;
• Familiar with principles of programming and graphic design;
• University study background with Bachelor degree in Computer Science, multimedia or Information Technology.
